By subscribing to and using GAA Options services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a membership.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. By purchasing a subscription to GAA Options, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, or failure to use the service. Please carefully consider your purchase before subscribing.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account settings or by contacting @GAAoptions on X (Twitter) before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
3. Trading Disclaimer
GAA Options is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. The content shared within our community, including but not limited to trade alerts, watchlists, market analysis, and commentary, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing shared constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Community Standards
Members are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct within the Discord community at all times. Harassment, spam, solicitation of other services, sharing of copyrighted content from the group, and any form of disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the community without refund. GAA Options reserves the right to remove any member at its sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content shared within the GAA Options community, including but not limited to trade alerts, watchlists, analysis, educational materials, and strategies, is the intellectual property of GAA Options. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content outside the community without express written permission. Violations may result in removal from the community and potential legal action.
6. Scam Prevention Notice
GAA Options will never ask you for your login credentials, personal financial information, or request money outside of the official PayPal subscription process. Be wary of impersonators. Official communications come only from verified GAA Options accounts. Report any suspicious activity to @GAAoptions on X (Twitter) immediately.
7. Discord Supplementary Terms
By joining the GAA Options Discord server, you also agree to abide by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. GAA Options is not responsible for any actions taken by Discord, including but not limited to account suspension or server-level actions. Access to the Discord community is provided as part of your subscription and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
